This article contains the updated list of games in the traveling Library (over 360 so far).  Click on read more to see the list.  We will try to keep this as up to date as possible. If you are coming to one of our conventions and do not see a game you want to play, please bring it to the convention with you so you can find fellow gamers to play in your game. If we have what you want to play on the other hand, then come and join the fun.

Frank Mentzer, Gaming Guest of Honor PDF Print E-mail

Conception (Sept 25-27 at the College of DuPage Student Resource Center) is proud to announce their special “Gaming Guest of Honor” Frank Mentzer.

Franks Mentzer will be running several old school AD&D 1st Edition events during the show. These are scheduled at Friday 7PM, Saturday 8AM and Saturday 1PM. You can register for these special events at the registration desk. These events are limited so your must sign up for them! In addition there will be a special sit down and share time with Frank on Saturday at 8PM. This is your chance to sit down with Frank and talk about the old days or perhaps get one of his modules signed that you’ve had in the basement all these years.
 
Frank is an Old School gaming professional best known for writing five D&D boxed rule sets (Basic, Expert, Companion, Masters, and Immortals) and other D&D products with his friend and co-author Gary Gygax (Temple of Elemental Evil, Book of Marvelous Magic). Frank was at TSR from 1980 to 1986, and is the best-selling role-playing author alive, with several million copies of his works published during that era.

Bucephalus Games supports Conception VI PDF Print E-mail

Anthony J. Gallela, President of Bucepahalus Games has announced that he will be supporting Conception VI with game support. The below list of games will be added to the, “Great Chicago Board Game Give Away”, at Conception this year. Anthony’s name may sound familure to you if you have ever gone to Origins. Up till last September Anthony has been the Executive Director for Origins. Last year he left the Origins team to form a great game company called Bucephalus Games. Our deep thanks to Anthony and Bucephalus games for their support.

During the show, once per hour we will be pulling from our registration information a badge number. If it is yours, then you just won a board game or other great door prize. Our Great Game Give away actually has most of the items listed below so for sure you can find something that will meet your interest. The longer you are at the convention the greater your chance to win a door prize so come early and stay all weekend! This event is part of the show. You must have a badge to win.
